You can donate old computers, computer parts, and networking equipment at any
Goodwill retail store

Goodwill has partnered with the Dell company's
Dell Reconnect
program to recycle most household electronic waste.
They refurbish old computers and computer parts and give them a new life by selling rebuilt computers in their stores.

Pima Community
College

They have both online classes and on-site classes at various campuses in the city of
Tucson, Arizona, USA.
The have classes in computer basics, computer aided drafting, computer programming, systems administration, and Web design.
