Members can subscribe to the minutes listserve to receive notification via email of the most recent minutes.

At the General Meeting in June of each year, the Executive Directors are elected by TCS members to be responsible for specific duties that ensure the effective operation of the Society. Their term of office begins on July 1st and continues through June 30th of the following year.
