 The GenSig has a new meeting place, starting in March. Room 2117 at University Medical Center, 1501 N. Campbell.
UMC is located on the west side of Campbell Ave. between Speedway
Blvd. and Grant Road.
Enter the UMC main entrance on Campbell Avenue
and go west past the elevators. Turn left (south) in that corridor and
go clear to the end of the hall to just inside the outside doors. Turn
right and go toward the Medical School Library. Just before you enter
the library, go left (south) down the hall to Room 2117, the last room
on the right. The UMC visitors parking garage is free on Saturdays.
The purpose of the Genealogy SIG is to provide an environment
for TCS members interested in researching their family
history to learn or advance their knowledge about traditional
research methodology, and about dynamic technological
developments and tools available to the genealogist.
